As for me, I am a story teller. Someone who loves to infuse experiences and what I have learned in life, into my portrait photography.
Captivating and relevant high school senior, family and kid portrait photography is more than just a snap of the shutter. Portrait photography should be expressive, creative and above all tell the story of who the individual is. From experiences going back to when I was kid, I have learned how to make portrait photography art while telling a unique story.
My childhood was spent traversing the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains exploring, and learning to love people and the outdoors. I helped my grandfather bale hay and harvest his gardens. I learned from my father what it means to be a teacher. And, I garnered invaluable lessons from my mother about how to care for and love people.
Next to my faith and my family, photography is my passion.
Throughout my life I have travelled to many places. I have seen and experienced some of life’s best and some of life’s worst. It is remarkable how standing behind a lens can teach you things you never thought possible.
My own life has shaped the photographer I am today. I have learned to love God. Love people. Love life.

Many are using photography as a form of self-exploration, experimenting with angles, props, and editing styles to create images that feel raw, honest, and uniquely theirs. This shift has turned teen portrait sessions into collaborative experiences where I encourage the teens I work with to share their creative input, making their final images a true reflection of their personality and emotion.

My fun and one-of-a-kind kid portrait photography style really leans into imagination, playfulness, and personality in every frame. Instead of the hum-drum, park bench type poses, my kid sessions often embrace spontaneous moments—laughing mid-run, dancing in a field, or playing with items found along the way, capturing the true spirit of childhood. I encourage creative themes, colorful props, and whimsical settings that help bring each child’s unique character to life, turning every shoot into a mini adventure. Whether it’s a superhero costume, a tea party in the woods, or splashing in puddles, my goal is to make kids feel free, joyful, and fully themselves. The result is a collection of portraits that are not only visually striking but also timeless keepsakes of who they really are at this magical moment in life.

I create a special kind of magic with my family portrait photography. I look for deep connections, shared stories, and unique dynamics that make each family one of a kind. My Creative and Ambassador team is a dynamic photography collaboration experience that promotes energy, innovation, and authenticity. While many photographers tend to only have “senior” teams, I have two. One is for sophomores, juniors and seniors. The other is for freshman and below. These are kids that love style, are outgoing and love being connected with family and friends. The kids on my team represent and promote my brand while simply being themselves in fun, stylized shoots that reflect current trends and teen culture. From current fashion to themed shoots, to more traditional type concepts, we are always creative and always thinking “outside the box” on all of our collaborations. What I have created is an inspiring and inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, celebrated and confident. The results are truly experiential, fun and unforgettable.
